As movers, dancers, sportsmen and athletes humans have proved that their bodies are capable of incredible things. It is only for us to recognise its capacity and allow it to achieve what it is truly capable of. We set our own limitations.
The Pilates Stretch and Strength session will push your bodies to the maximum capacity while creating awareness in the smaller muscles of your body. Awakening muscles that exist but were never recognised, stretching and elongating muscles that are tightened and strengthening the core of your body to allow efficiency, dynamism and stability in motion.
The Yoga class will bring awareness to your being, to make you aware and conscious of how you function in everyday life. Increasing your flexibility and calming your mind it will help prevent injuries.
